With a saturated entrainment market, it makes sense that performers would turn to YouTube to achieve their own audiences and stardom. In addition to his videos on his ScottDW channel where he and his friends make DevinSuperTramp esque videos, Scott and his partner Brando create all original music for the ScottDW channel as well as DevinSuperTramp, Stuart Edge, Grant Thompson and more. In his latest video (above), Scott and his friends take on Peru sandboarding to the tune of his own soundtrack. His channel has over 250k subscribers and over 55.6 million video views.
Chachi Gonzales is a dancer, choreographer and occasional actress, as well as the one person dancing machine behind her YouTube channel. Between her Instagram and YouTube channel, Chachi has over 1 million subscribers and followers. She’s worked with UNIQLO (above) as well as Meghan Trainer to choreograph part of her Lips are Moving video. Chachi has over 600k subscribers and over 45.8 million video views.
Mike Tompkins is a singer and songwriter who produces all of his own sounds. His music comes from the incredible sounds that come from his mouth to create the beat. He consistently creates beautiful acapella remixes of his favorite songs and hits. His most recent original song, Will Be (above), a mix of EDM and acapella sounds, is uniquely Mike Tompkins. Mike’s channel has over 1.4 million subscribers and over 204.6 million video views.
Grace Helbig is a comedian, actress and YouTuber who uploads videos three times a week. Her videos are a combination of comedic advice videos and silly parodies. One of her latest videos (above) is a parody of a poetic deep thought video that takes a turn for the unexpected quite quickly.
