Many people ask me where I get so much energy and how I can get by with so much travel, 6 hours of sleep, no sicknessess and no jet lag. I can say confidently that its my plant based diet, attitude about life and commitment to living a balanced healthy lifestyle.💫 ---- I wasn't always like this. It took practice and discipline. I'm not perfect but I don't smoke, drink or do anything on a regular basis that I know is detrimental to my health. Have I tried these things and other things that aren't good for me or the planet? Yes! ---- I'm an experimentalist. I love trying new things to see how I feel about them rather than just take someone's word for it. I tried and researched tons of articles, books and documentaries on health and wellness and only stick with the best that works for me. ✨ ---- I recently re-connected with my friend Ari who is a genius when it comes to helping people understand the science behind how to increase your energy levels naturally. He created a FREE VIDEO SERIES to explain the science behind UNLIMITED ENERGY. Check it out by clicking link in my bio. I LOVE how much time he's put into helping people De-stress and reclaim their health, energy and vitality. ✨ A post shared by 💗Koya Webb💗 (@koyawebb) on
